The use of our BHD Bowl Covers saves valuable time and more importantly, these provide the expected operational consistency from regulatory authorities; compared to traditional wrapping and taping methods, which can vary greatly from one operator to another.

Can be used in autoclave cycles with higher sterilization temperatures than what Tyvek® will withstand.

When used in conjunction, with a secondary autoclave bag, it creates an effective wrapping system. After the outer bag is removed, this stopper bowl cover should remain in place, providing protection from microbial and particulate contamination while the remaining set-up activities are performed.

To minimize particulates, our BHD raw material is spread and cut with a sophisticated, CAD system, inside an ISO8 cleanroom; and finished (sewn) and packaged in ISO6.

Unlike our competition, our stopper bowl covers are individually packaged in labeled, heat sealed poly bags, showing the part number, lot numbers and date of manufacture for complete traceability and protection from particulate contamination risks, after the case has been opened.

Our BHD stopper bowl covers come standard with an integrated Etigam Class 1 steam sterilization process indicator, which turns pink to dark brown.

Certificates of conformance are always sent with every shipment of products.
